With over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education, I bring a proven track record of excellence in program operations, regulatory compliance, and professional development. Throughout my career, I have served in senior leadership roles including Senior Director of Compliance, Early Childhood Specialist, Quality Business Partner, Subject Matter Expert, and Professional Development Trainer. These experiences have allowed me to lead high-performing teams, strengthen organizational systems, and support programs across multiple districts and states throughout the Northeast region.

The name Prosperity reflects a deeper belief that every program, leader, and educator is created with purpose - and when provided with the right support, structure, and guidance, they are fully capable of achieving meaningful growth and excellence. Prosperity is not simply about success; it represents intentional development, continuous improvement, and the fulfillment of potential. It is the process of building strong foundations, refining practices, and empowering professionals to do the work they were designed to do - effectively, confidently, and competently.
